We want you to be completely satisfied with OkuShift. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for purchases made through our payment processor, Paddle.

OkuShift offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality, allowing you to test the software before purchasing. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure the software meets your needs.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with OkuShift for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund.

No questions asked. If OkuShift doesn't work for you, we'll refund your purchase within the 14-day window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  1. Email us directly at support@okushift.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase
  2. Use Paddle's receipt — Click the "Request Refund" or "Get Help" link in your purchase receipt email from Paddle

Please include your order number or transaction ID if available. We aim to process refund requests within 2-3 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Within 14 Days of Purchase

Any purchase made within the last 14 days is eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. You don't need to provide a reason.

After 14 Days

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for critical issues (see Exceptions below).

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Your license will be deactivated upon refund

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests outside the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Critical bugs that prevent normal operation and cannot be fixed in a timely manner
  • Extended illness or other extenuating circumstances that prevented timely evaluation

These exceptions are at our sole discretion.

Currency and Taxes

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any taxes (VAT, sales tax) collected during the purchase will also be refunded. Please note that currency exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates may result in slight differences in the refunded amount in your local currency.
